The 362nd Infantry was one of three infantry regiments of the 91st Infantry Division—"the Wild West Division"—in World War II. From July 1944 it fought up the Italian peninsula with the U.S. Fifth Army: across the Arno, through the Gothic Line at Futa Pass, and into the Po Valley until the German surrender in Italy in May 1945. This site gathers the surviving records of that service and makes them free to download for families, researchers, and historians.
